The Mixture of These THREE Ingredients can Prevent Cancer
Turmeric is the key to this mixture. It seems that turmeric taken by itself is very poorly absorbed through the intestine. As with many dietary supplements the combination of foods seems instrumental in maximizing the benefit.
It appears that if turmeric is not mixed with pepper or ginger (as it is in yellow curry) it will not pass the intestinal barrier.
Pepper increases the body’s absorption of turmeric by 2,000 percent. Ideally it must also be dissolved in olive oil. The best and most recommended way to use turmeric for a health benefit is:
Mix ¼ teaspoon of turmeric powder with ½ teaspoon of olive oil and a generous pinch of black pepper.
Add this to soups, salad dressings, vegetables or organic grain fed meats.
Just make sure that if you use them in cooked dishes that these ingredients do not boil for too long by adding them to the very end.
Dr. Anderson says that the recipe dates back about two thousand years, and it comes from the Eastern part of India.
Turmeric was scientifically proved to be able to prevent many types of cancer, such as cancer of thecolon, prostate, brain and breast cancer.
In experiments applied to mice, it was shown that although the mice were exposed to carcinogenic chemicals, as long as they use turmeric, the development of many types of cancer was completely prevented.
